Measurement of the room. Photofixation.
Development of planning solution.
Design concept in the form of 3D visualizations and presentation.
Working documentation of the project (album of drawings)
Specification of finishing materials, furniture, lighting, plumbing.
Supervising the implementation of the design project for compliance with the artistic ideas and design solutions incorporated in it.
Consultation of the construction team and other contractors on the project.
Prompt correction of the project documentation if necessary.
Drawing up a report with photos of the completed work of builders at the site.
Visits to the site up to 4 times a month to check the completed works for compliance with the approved design project.
Selection of materials, lighting and furniture with all necessary information.
Visits to showrooms for selection of finishes. Approval of colors and samples of materials on site.
Communication with suppliers, introduction of a timely schedule of deliveries to the site, in accordance with the construction schedule of works.
Searching for materials and goods to replace discontinued ones.
Calculating the cost and ordering individual production of design components.
